We specialize in support for fertility and IVF, as well as many women’s health issues; such as the transition to peri menopause and menopause, painful periods, insomnia, and mood support.

Initial Telehealth Consultation
Our initial telehealth consulation is 50-60 minutes. Before our meeting, we ask that you fill out our health history questionaire and provide any health records that are pertinant to the issue(s).
The consultation includes a discussion of the issues, a suggested herbal treatment plan, diet, supplement, and lifestyle advice. We will also make, pack, and ship you a customized herbal formula to address your concerns (herbs and shipping are a separate charge).
Follow up Telehealth Consultations
Follow up telehealth visits are 20-30 minutes. These sessions are used to check in with the integration of the diet and lifestyle advice, to make sure that the therapies suggested are being used correctly, and to make any adjustments to the herbal formula.
